Nasai is a new-generation company with an extensive experience building polyester fiberglass reinforced (PRFV) boats.
Nasai Marine Shipyard was born in 1992 with the aim of building high-quality boats such fishing boats, pilot boats and motor sailors, among others. Since then the company has been building high tech boats in Tarragona using top-quality materials and the latest technologies in boat building. A full range of maintenance and repair services are also offered to give to our customers full services from design and boat building up to repairs and conversions.
Due to the big demand of our customers, a new project has started up in 2017 with the opening of Nasai Boats Shipyard. New facilities have been opened in the core center of Barcelona to fulfill all our customer´s demands. Two different Shipyards but same philosophy and most important, same target, customer satisfaction.
Our reputation is well known between our customers. Nasai brand is synonymous of reliable boats and repair services. We have the knowhow, experience and advanced technology necessary to manufacture and repair sailing and motor boats.
We believe that once at sea all details count and that every single vessel has special needs. That is why we carry out our projects with a close relationship with Owners, Captains and crew thus providing a complete experience from project design to completion. For us is clear, our goal is customer’s satisfaction.
We can carry out repairs inside covered dock as well as afloat repairs.
We offer our afloat repair services in both, inside the premises of Barcelona Nautic Center alongside the quay or we can mobilize our people to the actual location of the vessel within the neighboured marinas.
We have the capacity to accommodate vessels in a dry condition up to 35 m LOA and 160 tons.
Our covered dock is provided with an overhead crane of 10 tons. Additional mobile cranes can also be arranged.

Our Shipyard in Barcelona is located inside the premises of Barcelona Nautic Center, in front of the future Marina Vela Barcelona, the future reference point for sailing and motor vessels of the Mediterranean sea.
